Returns Policy

 

To request a return or refund, you must do so within 7 calendar days from the date you received your item. For your item to be eligible for a return or refund, it must be in its original packaging, which must be in original condition as when you received it.

If your item is diagnosed as faulty, Antbox Australia will cover the cost of sending this to our nominated repair centre, however if you are returning because you changed your mind, you will need to cover the cost of sending the product back to us.

*Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
